In one of our most recent projects, AV Design Studio and Arquitectura MV were commissioned to remodel and redesign a single apartment in Medellín for a young woman beginning an exciting new chapter of independence. Our goal was to craft a space that honored her individuality while offering a serene, contemporary environment she could truly call her own.

The design embraces a minimalistic and modern aesthetic, defined by clean lines and an intentional sense of openness. A balanced palette of deep blacks and warm wood tones establishes both contrast and harmony, creating a refined yet inviting atmosphere. These elements flow naturally through the apartment, allowing the textures and materials to become the focal point of the home.

Subtle touches of mysticism and artistic expression infuse the space with personality, transforming simplicity into soulfulness. Every detail—from the curated lighting to the thoughtful spatial layout—was designed to support comfort, clarity, and a sense of emotional grounding.
